Destination: YOU is an 8-week digital body transformation program combined with destination-based transformation competitions.
You receive an 8-week training plan and an 8-week diet plan, and eligible participants can compete for the prize advertised for that specific Challenge.

The current program price will always be displayed on the relevant Challenge page before you purchase.

What do I get when I purchase?
You receive the applicable:
8-week training plan + 8-week diet plan
You may also be eligible to participate in the associated transformation Competition, subject to the Competition requirements.

Do I pay an additional competition entry fee?
No.
There is no separate Competition entry fee.
Your eligibility to participate in the associated Competition forms part of the promotional offering connected with the applicable Destination: YOU program, subject to the Competition rules.

How does the competition work?
You complete the 8-week program, document your transformation with the required before and after videos and submit them according to the Challenge instructions.
At the end of the Challenge, the best overall transformation is selected according to the published judging criteria.

Is it just about losing weight?
No.
The Competition is based on the overall transformation, not simply the number of kilograms lost.
Judging may consider factors such as visible transformation, body composition, muscle development, proportions, symmetry, consistency and overall physical improvement.

Do I have to be a certain fitness level to enter?
No specific fitness level is required unless stated otherwise on the individual Challenge page.
The program is designed for people who want to commit to an 8-week transformation journey.

What happens if I can’t follow the program every day?
The goal is consistency, not perfection.
However, if you want to compete for the prize, you must comply with the applicable Competition requirements, including the before and after video deadlines.

What are the before and after videos for?
They allow the judging process to compare your starting condition with your condition after completing the 8-week Challenge.
The videos must follow the specified requirements and pose sequence.

Where do I send my videos?
The submission email address and subject-line requirements will be provided on the applicable Challenge page.

Can I edit my transformation videos?
No.
Competition videos must be authentic and unedited.
Filters, digital body manipulation, misleading angles and other techniques intended to misrepresent your transformation are not permitted.

Can I win if I don’t lose the most weight?
Yes.
The Competition is based on the best overall transformation, not simply the largest amount of weight lost.

What does the winner receive?
The prize changes depending on the Destination: YOU Challenge.
The specific holiday, duration, prize value, inclusions and cash alternative will always be displayed on the relevant Challenge page.

Can the winner choose cash instead of the holiday?
For Challenges where a cash alternative is offered, yes.
The winner can choose between the advertised holiday prize and the applicable cash alternative.
The cash amount may differ between Challenges.

Can I take both the holiday and the cash?
No.
Where a cash alternative is offered, the winner may select one prize option only.

Can I give my holiday to someone else?
Holiday prizes are generally intended for the winner and the nominated travel companion and are not transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter.

Are flights included?
If flights form part of the advertised prize, the exact flight inclusions will be stated on the relevant Challenge page.

Are visas included?
Unless specifically stated otherwise, visa fees and visa-related costs are not included.
It is the traveller’s responsibility to ensure that they meet the entry requirements of the destination.

Unless specifically stated as part of the prize, travel insurance, spending money and personal expenses are not included.

What happens if I can’t travel if I win?
Where a cash alternative is offered for that Challenge, you can choose the advertised cash alternative instead of the holiday.

What if I don’t complete the 8 weeks?
You can still retain access to your purchased digital program subject to the applicable program terms, but you may no longer qualify for the Competition if you fail to meet the Competition requirements.

Can I get a refund if I don’t finish the program?
Not automatically.
Refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy and applicable South African consumer law.

Can I share my diet and training plan with someone else?
No.
Your purchased program is intended for your personal use and may not be redistributed, resold or shared.

Is the program suitable for everyone?
The program provides general fitness and nutrition guidance.
If you have a medical condition, injury, are pregnant, recently gave birth, take medication or have any concerns about starting a new exercise or nutrition program, consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before participating.

No specific result can be guaranteed.
Individual results depend on factors including adherence, starting condition, genetics, lifestyle, sleep, nutrition and training.
